My dome/courtesy lights will not turn on when I open my driver side back door. They turn on when any other doors or back hatch is opened, but will not with that one door. Does anyone know why this is? Faulty switch, wiring, etc?

Most likely a faulty door switch. Take it and test it with a meter to verify continuity (on/off) would be step one.
