Which makes me think something like the crankshaft sensor or
cam position sensor. The crankshaft sensor is cheap (less than $20) just a
PITA to replace. Someone said that the crankshaft sensor just doesn't go,
it usually gives signs that it is starting to fail. With that said this happened
in seconds. It was running perfect, I filled up and left the station. Less than
1/4 mile down the road she started to bog when I would step on the accelerator. Got her home (2 miles down the road from the station) shut
her down and she wouldn't start.

If there's bad fuel in the lines and fuel rail, it's going to take more than 10 second of running on ether to run it through the system.

The signal to fire the injectors originates from the same place that the ignition gets its signal from.

I don't remmber if it has been mentioned yet, but I assume that all the fuses have been checked.

Ok, so I replaced the crankshaft position sensor and that wasn't it. Tomorrow
I will get some propane and a pulse tool to test the signal to the injectors.
I will also test fuel pressure again.

Am I missing anything else?

So went back and checked the fuel pressure at the rail. Found out that it doesn't
jump quickly to 38-45 psi it builds pressure slowly from cranking. So I need
to check the pressure at the fuel pump and after the filter. Just taking
off the line after the filter and turning the key shows that the pump is
working. Just not sure if it is at max psi like it's supposed to be. Anyone
ever test the pressure at the pump or the filter? Looking for the easiest
(read cheapest) way to do this. I know I can go buy a fuel line repair kit
for the spring loaded end and use some fuel hose with a shrader valve
setup on the other end but is there something already out there?

Relay is good and fuse is good. The only other thing is to test the
ground connection and electrical voltage at the pump.

How would I check the voltage at the pump? It does
not appear that you can back probe the connector because
of the way the clips are sealed for weather proofing I'm assuming.
