If you have checked the hvac unit and all is ok. It's most likely that the door blend or hvac door blends have gone bad or gone off track.

Info I've gathered from this forum so far on the topic in preparation for my blend door replacement project:

Here is the thread: https://www.expeditionforum.com/threads/actuator-blend-door-lessons-learned-front-and-rear.53171/

video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MSpO0AkZIk

Supposed blend door reset procedure:

This is a reset procedure for the actuator to relearn the full cold and full hot positions for the door.

In the Passenger Compartment Fuse box, pull fuse #46, (Owners manual says "Climate Control, Auxiliary Relay Control."
Remove fuse for 1 minute, then replug back in. Make sure the ignition is off when you do this.
Before you turn ignition on, make sure the HVAC system is in the off position.

When you turn the ignition to the "on" position, do not touch the temperature controls. Wait 1 minute for the actuator to recalibrate itself.

Once a minute has passed, turn off ignition, then turn back on. Now it has learned its position and is ready to use.

Check your blend doors, but 84 PSI on the low side means there is something wrong, it should be 55psi max.

Go to the auto parts store and rent some gauges (its free) and get your high and low side pressure.

If both pressures are high the system is over charged

If the low pressure is high and the high side is low, it could be a sticking TXV.

yes I got a Guage set to verify and the high and low side were the same psi, meaning even though compressor clutch pulled in, it wasn't functional. Replaced compressor and everything is fine
