I have a 1997 Expediton with the 5.4l. The fuse for the A/C keeps blowing out. Its the right size and I have even tried increasing the amount of current the fuse can hold ( bigger fuse). That does not work. Ive taken it to a mechanic and he doesnt know what the problem is either. One thing I have noticed is when I floor my truck and it gets up in the higher rpms the dash lights start to dim. Is this normal? I think there might be a problem with the alternator. Any help would be much appreciated.
