Ok, got the new sun sensor, went to checking the wires and voltages and the p.o had taken the wire out of the circuit from the ecm to the sun sensor, hence no voltage to the sensor. Got parts from a u pull it, got a new wire into both connectors and now have my 5+ volts, but still when it comes up to set temp I get hot air instead of a/c. Ok I went back through my codes I get DTC2266, which is drivers side blend door, ok WTF??? I am going nuts I finally after looking page after page found C2091, and C2092 blend door connectors, my diagram is for 2003 ford expedition and Navigator, I am going nuts, if 2266 is for another blend door, where is it????? How many blend doors are in the drivers compartment on an EB???????? I can't see anywhere a location in my books.
If my pigtails from my ETC are wired for a 2nd blend door other than the one behind the radio to the right, where is number 2 DTC2266 drivers side blend door fault??????
Now that detective is the question, and yes you must ask the right question. any ideas????? I will run some checks tomm on the continuity of the blend door I replaced and the cabin sensor, but I am at a loss on the 2266 code saying there is another blend door I am not seeing. thanks red423
