So about a week ago i noticed that my expo was making some funny noise all the time when on. Got under and saw ac clutch was rusted bad. Called ford to see what a replacement would be. Not too much so decided to have the clutch pulley replaced. Works good for 4 days......now everytime the a/c is on, defrost or a/c it makes a noise! But as soon as i switch it off its fine. Wtf? A/C compressor?
