A little help please

Just finished replacing my transfer case with a used one...put a new shift motor on it and moved all of the wires from the old harness to the new one...after getting everything back together, took her for a test drive, and was unable to engage AWD, 4Hi on the fly...I have to come to a complete stop in order to engage anything now...it would engage on the fly before...Once in 4 HI, if I switch it back to 2WD, the AWD light starts blinking...Any ideas here? It looks like the motor can be adjusted a little bit, but not sure that is the issue...Any help here would be GREATLY Appreciated...Forgot to add 97 EXPY 4X4

Don't have a lot of experience, but I just replaced the shift motor on mine. I would go through the harness with a wiring diagram to make sure you got all the connections in the harness lined up correctly. It seems like it could be related to the speed sensor wiring. Good luck.

are you having problems with the ABS at all?? the ABS is part of the A4WD system
