AC Evap core drain on 05 Expy

Now that we've been using the AC I've got water in the passenger side footwell. I think the drain may be clogged, where does in come out under the vehicle. I know it's somewhere at the front of the tranny tunnel but I can't see it. Any help?

Here it is a little to the left from the center of the photo on the firewall in a 1st gen expy. May be similar location in 2nd generation??

Pretty much behind passenger side head next to tranny bell housing.

On my 2006 with mid row captain seats one of the inner arm rests has come loose allowing it to rotate past the stop, I have an idea it maybe bolt loose on the inside??

Or how is it tightend? accessed?

You have to STREEEEEEEEEETCH the leather over the joint to access the bolt. I was to scared so I took mine to an upholstrey shop.

I pulled the leather off the arm rest dont see the bolt head, from the inside?

It is recessed inti the padding. You'll have to peel some back.

I pulled the leather and foam back, no bolt head.
What is it supposed to look like??
