I have a 2001 ford Expedition Eddie Bauer. When I turn the air on it comes on okay but when I move up to full tilt it switched over to the defroster outlet. Whwn I bring it down again to the bottom it comes back out of the dashboard vents. Are there flaps uder the dash that are either stuck or possiblt out of place which is causing the air to go somewhere else?
