AC Issues after recall software update

AC stopped working after the recall software updates for the power train and the tow issue. Took it to Planet Ford. We have extended warranty with a $200 deductible even if it yhey caused it. Compressor clutch engages with dash AC control. No temp change on any of the lines under the hood.
