I’m having an issue with my 05. The AC in the Front is warm but works fine in the back. A couple weeks ago my AC DOOR Actuator was knocking. But the temperature setting worked fine. Now it only knocks if the setting is set to max heat. My question is will this part cause the front to lose its cool? Like is it only going so far on the setting that’s why it’s not going to cold air? I have done some research and seen some other possibilities but thought I would try the cheapest/easiest question first. Thanks in advance guys. Open to any troubleshooting ideas as well.

Sounds like the heater actuator has failed. Now the A/C would have to fight the hot frickin coolant in the heater core.
