Unit set on dual AC at 60°. Passenger side center ac vent at 60° on thermometer. Good air flow.

Drivers side blows warm at 130°. Not as good an air flow..

Change settings to Heat 90°

Heat set at 90°. Drivers side 130° with good air flow... Passenger side 130° with weaker air flow..

Change both controls back to 60° AC

Scenario repeats. Upper blend door actuator motor recently changed.

Stumped... I know I'm not the only owner with this problem.

Suggestions appreciated..

Well, the driver's side actuator is on the bottom of the box. They were probably both bad and they only changed the top one (passenger side control). Pull the center console out and look up under there and you'll see the bottom actuator (same part numbers for both). Also make sure your hot water control valve is closing when you set your AC to full cold. In full cold there should be a good vacuum on that tube connected to the hot water control valve. As you select a warmer temperature the vacuum gets less and less, allowing the valve to open up and hot water flow into the heater core. Do you have a set of AC pressure gauges ? Is your AC system properly charged ? You may have multiple issues.

Okay..... That makes sense. They are both the same part number correct?

Yes I do have AC gauges and checked the low and high pressures they are within specification for my ambient temperature.

Going to check the vacuum at the hot water valve...

Have the center console out, can I change out the drivers actuator with the console removed. It looks very close?

I checked the operation of the top one (passenger side) and it operated.. Now did it move the door?? I can't say but no clicking....

Thanks so much... Not finding much info out there to help... Shops of course are outrageous!# wife wants her air and now!! Lol
