AC vent trim fell off

how would you fix this.
Should I glue it of take it to the dealer?

I’d bet the dealer is going to glue it in or order another piece new (that it’s glued on to). Personally I’d glue it to avoid nonsense down time but that’s up to you. Not cool to have trim pieces falling off one of those expensive trucks.

He needs to take his truck back, 100k for all the problems hes havin is a no go. They dnt build enough of these trucks in volume to have such shady build quality issues.

Wtf man!?! At this point I’m just waiting on the post from you showing a pic of you driving down the road with the steering wheel completely disconnected and you asking who else has encounter that...

it’s just so crazy how different my experience has been from yours.

any Idea's how to clean off the old adhesive and what type of adhesive should I use to re-attach trim piece?

I was thinking nail polish remover,
And then attach with clear silicone.

Goo gone, mineral spirits on a rag, citrus based solvent, simple green, low temp heat and elbow grease, 150 grit sandpaper
