AC works in the rear but heat blows out the front vent???

I have a strange problem, the AC works just fine in the rear, but HEAT blows out the front vents

I checked the pressure in the AC system it is OK

Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

My 99 xlt was doing the same and i thot maybe the motor or the control cluster was bad.... But i pulled the knobs off the controls and the knob for the temp selector had a hairline crack so it wasnt turning the cam and it was stuck on heat.... Used a seperate knob and it turn to ice cold air right away.... Not sure its the correct solution for ur issue... But its what worked for me.....
