Access behind media storage area?

How do I access behind my media storage area? I put a piece of paper on the retractable lid, open the lid and it fell back behind the area.

Open the media storage lid completely and then carefully lift or remove the lid if it's still attached or if possible. Reach into the opening and gently feel for the paper or object that fell behind and use a long, flat tool like a plastic pry or a grabber tool (if available) to gently retrieve the paper or object. If the lid is obstructing access, check if there are any screws or fasteners holding it in place and remove them carefully to fully detach or lower the lid.
