Yes, look for the video on YouTube for how to do such for the F-150 and it is the same for the expedition. Dash tear down is the same, etc...
You previously could not program it with Forscan on the expedition and needed dealer for that part, but that is no longer the case and can be done yourself with Forscan.

I did the exact same thing when I purchased my 2019 XLT. However, I did take it to my dealer to have it activated. Wasn’t bad to install and works well. Good luck!

I requested one out in mine upon new delivery. Glad I did. Clean install and factory flashed. Normally they probably would charge bout $250
