Adding factory dvd player to a 2011

We're looking at a 2011 Expedition and the only thing we don't like about it is that it does not have a factory DVD player. I see use factory players on eBay and such for pretty cheap, though...are they plug and play setups or is it a lot of headache to add a factory dvd player when it didn't come equipped with one from the factory?

I would think it would be easier to add an aftermarket DVD player but that's just me.
