Adding Factory Message Center on a 2003

I have a 2003 expedition, and want to add a factory message center if I can. I know I have the harness to add the buttons, and my cluster plugs look the same, but I want to know if I will need to do anything else. Please let me know what you think. Two different ford dealers tell me two different stories. I can get a used cluster set with the correct mileage, and the dash buttons from a scrap yard, but know some vehicles need BCM programming, etc. Thanks
