Sharing a quick fix for the Advanced Cargo Management plastic hinge cover and support.
The Advanced Cargo Management system tends to flex under heavy loads. Over time, this flexing causes the plastic hinge covers (which also serve as shelf supports in the upright position) to crack.

Disassembly
Flip the panel upside down. Gently pry off the 4 plastic covers (2 per side) to expose T20 screws. The plastic covers have a small amount of glue in addition to the plastic tabs.

After removing the screws wiggle each half of the covers out at the hinge point. There are clips at the opposite end that hold the two halves together. Mine were broken so be careful they are obviously fragile.
Plastic Welding
I bought a cheap plastic welding kit on Amazon. Worked great. The repaired crack is much stiffer than the rest of the piece. The only trick here is to snap off the metal legs. It's impossible to get a flush cut with cutters

Finishing and Reassembly
It's personal preference on finishing. I tried to fill and sand the crack and I don't think it was worth it. The filling plastic wasn't the same as the base material and didn't sand well. I used a heat gun to bring back the shine and it cause some deformation affecting final fit of the two halves (piece on the right is curved).

Reassembly is easy just use care to avoiding stripping the screws or snapping the plastic pins.
