After Market HU Wanted

I have a 98 Expedition. I'm retired and on a fixed income and am in need of a good used head unit. My cd changer shot craps again and I'm tired of working on it. I'm looking for a good used aftermarket unit that has an input for ipod and is sirius ready. Hoping to find someone that's upgrading to a new nav unit etc. If you have something that may work please let me work.

Disregard......I bought another changer short term. Making a trip next week and the wife wanted to play cd's.
