Aftermarket stereo

Hello there, first of all thank you for accepting me, so I'm a new owner of a 04 Expedition Eddie Bauer, it came with a stereo with navigation and amp+sub.... I bought a 10.1 android stereo and apparently the locals car part stores don't have a clue about it , I read around but no luck.... so I ordered the harness you suggested to someone, and my question is , what else do I need to complete installing with all functional like steering control and such.... thank you....

Try Crutchfield. They usually know absolutely everything about what you need for any specific configuration.
