Hi. I'm having trouble turning off the A/C. I have an 09 Expedition. It has an electronic climate control. While on Auto, it seems to control the temperature pretty well but the fan seems to be on Hi all the time. When pressing the "off" button, the "auto" and "a/c" lights turn off, but the fan seems to blow harder. I've also tried controlling the fan speed but there's no change to the speed when pressing those buttons. The only way I am able to turn it completely off is by pressing the off button, turning the car off, then turning the car back on. Please help.

No, I do not have a volt meter, but I could probably get a hold of one. What would I need to check with it?

About the TSB-08-9-1, I looked it up and it shows that it's for 07-08 expeditions and navigators. Would this also apply to 09's? Should I give it a try?

In researching, I also found someone else having the same problem with an 06 exp. Their issue was the blower motor speed control module. Is this something to look into as well?
