Air vent noise

Whenever I turn the passenger side air to less than 65° I get a loud clicking sound for approximately 30 sec to a minute. If I turn the temp back up it stops. Truck has 115k with no electrical issues.

Any idea what this could be?

Sounds like a blend door.

Awesome. After googling blend door (had never heard of that part), that sounds like my problem. Found that the Doorman 604241 is probably what I need. Doesn't look too hard either.

I did finally replace this part. The one that goes behind the radio. Well, I don't have anymore clicking noise but still have no AC on the driver's side now. Any advice on how to proceed?
