Anit Theft System

I changed the battery in my Expedition yesterday. I started and restarted several times. Drove it around parked shut it off and back on. This morning it will not start. When I shut it off for the evening the anti theft system light was blinking and dinging. Did this run my battery down? Can I reset the anti theft system? I only have 1 key.

Changed the battery (meaning a new one)? or Charged the old battery?

I bought a new battery . It had the original battery. It is a 2014 Limited
