Take a look at the 2 key fobs. The top is from my 2011 F350 and the bottom is from my recently acquired 2017 Expedition.
Has anyone else been incredibly annoyed with the change in position of the auto start button? They replaced it with the lift gate button, resulting in me inadvertently opening the liftgate on cold mornings when I intend to warm it up! Why not leave buttons where they were on previous iterations, and put the lift gate button in the middle.
It may seem like a small thing but driving both regularly it is an issue. Nobody wants their car sitting out in the driveway with the gate open just baiting thieves to rummage through it.
I've been driving that truck since 2011, so it's a huge habit to reach in my pocket and hit the corner button to start it.
