EDIT: Never mind, I'm guessing it's a Mazda B2200 like it says in your sig. Forgive me I just got off Night Shift, and my Blood Sugar is out of whack!!!! Still looks cool though.

Yes it came with captains chairs. I have never seen another one with them in person. She only has 115,000 miles on her so far.
