Anyone have exceptionally high miles?

My 2005 has 275,00 miles on it and it's still running perfectly.
Anyone else with similar / more miles? What kind of mechanical issues should I look out for as she grows old gracefully?

In my job we have a 1st gen that has 575k but I don't know the maintenance history or what work is done on it. It's used as a back up tow rig if any other truck fails to start the morning of a work day. Does go through a lot of transmission rebuilds though cause many people don't care for the max towing weight its capable of.
