I am just curious. I have a 2001 that is more or less driving fine. I drive a ton of miles in/on the freeway/city (Houston) and some of the roads are less than perfect. Lots of city navigating really.

I don't think my springs/coils are shot but besides going to a plus one to reduce the sidewall profile I am trying to improve the turn-in/cornering on the truck. No I do not drive it like my last sports car, but just want to get some feedback.\\

I understand that there will be a compromise with the overall ride quality, but hey, it's reversible.

Please share your thoughts. :drink_nl:

For the effort/time/cost required to put in the spacers just get OEM replacement springs. Spacers are a kludge at best.

Rubber spacers tend to get squished over time. Decide now on what you want, a lifted expy or a low rider and get the appropriate aftermarket springs for ypur application.

thanks folks, kinda though the same. And although I don't want it raised or lowered, I'll see what at there to maintain the same ride height with a stiffer spring.

cheers
