Bafx pairing issue

I am trying to pair my Bluetooth Elm327 with my laptop. I have had it paired with this machine before. I have since wiped the machine and reinstalled windows-10.

The vehicle is a 2017 model year.

It is currently paired to my phone. I have tried multiple times and pairing failed each time. I know the pin is correct.

If I enable bt on my phone, forscan for Android will talk to the unit and interrogate the car.

I think next I'll try to turn off bt on the radio. Anything else I can do?

Update. I was able to get my laptop to pair with the bafx Elm327 this afternoon.

I turned off Acm bluetooth, vehicle wifi, and my phone. I also unpaired and repaired the with my phone..

I'm not sure which fixed it. Probably un pairing from the phone maybe.
