Bilstien shocks installed

Had all 4 shocks or more accurately struts replaced. The ride may be a tad firmer but hard to compare with 4 blown out crappy ford shocks. However the vehicle feels more stable and sure footed.
I will admit it cost a bundle but I believe it was worth it. The factory replacements are on back order a few more weeks and who knows if they won't run out or push the date back.
This is a real safety concern and ford from what I've seen isn't serious about getting on top of this. My dealer won't schedule an appointment till they have the shocks so how the hell am I guaranteed they will ever get it done?
I'm seriously thinking of filing a claim in small claims court but I need to see what the maximum amount is. I hope it doesn't take someone getting killed before they take this seriously.
But as for the bilstiens, I'm very pleased and recomended them highly to those so inclined.

I like my bilstiens too, I put them on myself so the cost wasn't too bad.

Same here, fitted the shocks myself and my family all stated it rode much nicer than before, previous struts where original ford items with 150,000 miles so well past their best. Very happy with the ride of the Bilsteins.
