blown spark plug # 7

Well i just had expedition driving good after replacing the first 4 coils and then i shot a spark plug out and completly striped out hole and broke coil off.ive seen some about helicoil but cant seem to find out where or what all i will need...autozone was no help at all

You need to get a Timecert , this is the best way to fix the problem.

I did the Timesert bit to all 8 of my plugs. I will never have to worry about blowing out another plug. Granted, it cost me about $1000, but it was well worth it to have all 8 plug holes fixed properly. Granted, I also took that time and ported/polished the intake/heads and get some more power out of the truck too.
