My Bluetooth connection degrades after it has been connected for a while (>30 mins if i had to guess). The audio will start to stutter/increasingly, until you basically can't hear anything. This affects both music and phone calls, and takes a power cycle to fix. I have a Pixel 4 XL for what it's worth.

Anyone else ever experience this?

I'm on Sync 3.0 build 19205 and Maps v1.18 (installed via USB from the Ford website) however it happened on my previous version as well (18093/1.17). I know Sync 3.4 is out via the Cyanlabs method, but i am reluctant to try that route since it's non-factory and this is a brand new car, and I am unsure if the Sync version affects Bluetooth, or if it's a firmware issue.

Any tips/help would be greatly appreciated.

No issues over much longer times, Before 3.4, and after.

I have an iPhone XS Max on 13.3.

My guess is that it is the phone. Is there an update, done any searches? Any 3rd Party BT Managers or power managers on your phone?

No 3rd party/Power mgmt software. I'm always on the latest Android software (Pixels are Google phones, so they get the latest software updates).

I wouldn't be surprised if it was the phone itself... the Pixel 4 is terrible and i'm getting off it as soon as I can. Just figured i'd ask if others had experienced similar issues.

Thanks!

A simple Google search shows that you are most likely right.

Pixel 4 owners are complaining all over the place about BT connectivity to their cars, I saw Toyota, Honda, and many others.
