2005 Navigator. I have a vacuum leak on the seal in the cabin on the brake booster so I am going replace the booster. apparently there is two boosters 1) for vehicles with stability control or 2) without stability control AND a big price difference (almost 2x). I replaced the air ride shocks with coil overspring. Can I use a brake booster that is to be used without stability control? Thank you in advance for any advice!

The stability control is in the computer. And I believe it controls the brakes to bring things under control. So you'll have to use the correct booster.
