Brake Lights Not Working

2003 Expedition
Brake Lights intermittent. They work sometimes, and sometimes not.
Blinkers working / Hazards working
Have taken the fuse out and put it back in (a few times). Problem persists.
This seems to be related to the pedal.
-Ideas?

Check the brake pedal switch.
