Does anyone else hear excessive brake/squealing noise on their expedition. We purchased a used '03 EB in January and have now had it at the dealer 3 times for brake noise (along with other issues - side mirror memory and door ajar issue!). The service manager said he hears the noise but it is 'normal'. Brakes have been checked and deemed to be fine! We can't stand the noise!

Just replace the pads. Pads are cheap and ceramics are available via the afteramrket for less than $80 for the front pair.
You'll get rid of the dust, too.
Clean and resurface your rotors prior to installing the pads...just to be safe.
