Brake pads

So I'm looking through Rock Auto, looking at brake pads for my 2003 Expedition XLT 4x4. Anyone have any recommendations for the front and rear? There might be some towing involved so I want to take that into account as well. Has anyone tried any of the brakes from there?

I use the Akebono ACT ceramic pads. Good performance and no dust, lasts a long time. Not harsh on the rotors. ACT 934/935 .

I used Centric 10509340 for the front, and Centric 30109350 on the rear. Both sets have worn good, as in not much wear at all after 25k on them... I also put Slotted and cross drilled rotors POWER STOP AR8590XPR on the front since I tow stuff frequently, and have a 7000 pound travel trailer and NEVER want to have any issues! I just used standard OE rotors on the rear.

I would ALWAYS use Ceramic pads no matter what! For the price, you cant go wrong. They have less fade, last longer and very little dust if any at all...

I just put on a second set of Autozone Duralast ceramic pads, they wear great and stop well. I'm pulling a 6500 lb camper most of the summer and my mechanic uses them on his F150 to pull a camper as well. Good brakes are cheap peace of mind when towing heavy loads.

Fords top pad from dealer has worked well for me, no fade, minimal dust, and good wear. I'm usually pro Ford parts unless proven inferior.

I just had my front wheels off, and looked at my pads, and have about 20,000 miles on them since I did the rotors and pads, they are less than 10% worn! They are holding up amazingly!I always use Centric pads on all my cars/SUV's
