Build date for transmission issue resolved?

Hi I’m looking to buy a new 24 expedition max limited.
I saw there were some issues with the harsh jerking in the transmission.
I read the TSB and states
One of the following transmissions:
- 10R80 or 10R80 MHT transmission with a vehicle build date on or before 15-Aug-2022
- 10R60 transmission with a vehicle build date on or before 23-Dec-2022

Does that mean car built after this date do not have the transmission issues?

Can anyone who has a car built after this date confirm?

I’m guessing not. I’d guess it was just stating the most recent build as of the date of the TSB.
