Bumpy Ride all of a Sudden?

2020 Expedition with CCD and 22". Approaching 50,000 miles and it's bumpy as all get out...anything I can do?
We've had the car since new, but my wife and daughter in the back are starting to get motion sickness.
Also feels like I'm driving a sofa these days....

What should I check first?

Sounds like a bad component. A shock or sensor maybe?

I don't recall seeing any complaints about CCD equipped vehicles with component failures...maybe have your rear tires checked for a slipped belt, out-of-round, or similar defect.

Someone had a similar problem on here. Iirc, after going through his options, it happened to be something pushed out of alignment in the rear.

There are four CCD sensors. I’d start by checking the sensor arms and links on all four.
