I think most do not.. Maybe the navigators came with them?! There was a kit by ford available for it but it was discontinued. If you did have one installed it would be under the dash just behind the glove compartment.

No, they dont. The Navigators do. And from what I know the cabin air filter kits are not available anymore. And I havent been able to find one either. Occasionally they pop up on eBay, but ive never caught one.
