Cam Phaser replacement after Jan 1 2023?

Hello, I don’t have any cam phaser rattle, but my power train warranty ends early next year, is it possible to get it changed before the warranty expires?

The dealer wont fix something thats not broken or not making any noise...id assume. They would need to hear the rattle.

This is not a recall (although it SHOULD be seeing as every Expy I have test drive has had the startup phaser rattle)
