If they just repacked the bearing, it's possible the bearing/races are bad.

nope the tire are the factory ones no custom

It never does it when you turn left? Also you didn't say where the sound comes from, front, back, side, do you hear it and feel it...where do you feel it?

nope it never does it when i turn left but i took it to pepboys to run an expection an now it is starting to do it on the left but it feels an sounds a tire rub in the front in an it sounds like it comes from the driver side
