I have never used one before, but I think it would be cool. I am wanting to get a cb before long, and I could always use some more channels on the radio. Here in Laramie, I only get about 3 channels in town. . .

i have seen them but not very necessary. havent really heard too much about them though. as for antenna size, depends on where you want to mount them. if you are going to mount them where walnuts has his, 5' is probably what you want. the ones i have on the top of my truck are 3'. so it all depends on where you plan on mounting them.

I use a very similar splitter on the boat for the marine radio (vhf) and the am/fm stereo. It works great and I didn't have to mount a seperate antenna and run cable up the mast. (it's 50' tall)

i wasnt gonna get it just thought i would post that up. but im thinking about the dual 5'. and like walnuts. i like them there. out of the way and not damaging the lines of the expo. gonna have to wait for the pay check though. o and dose anyone know of a good pa horn? my dads old cb has a pa switch. i figured might as well get one. haha
