Is anyones center console creaking? Mines creaks almost constantly, I think its broken. I plan on turing in the truck soon but want to see if its worth taking it in to replace or if its a common thing?

I've had little success getting dealers to diagnose and fix squeaks and creaks. Not because they don't want to, but they can't repeat it or can't keep the vehicle a week to drive it and diagnose. Dealers tend to like to have broken items that can be repaired or replaced and are much better at those types of repairs in my opinion. I have had some success with small strips of black felt or card stock inserted at various joints between panels with good success. Center console hasn't been one of my problem areas. The driver's door panel was my biggest creaky area.
How specifically did you fix the driver's door? Mine dives me nuts.

Basically lots of trial and error. Started with the business card trick between plastic panels near where the handle is (trim a small piece of a business card and jam it in the joint between the trim pieces and color it with a black marker so you can't see it). I also removed the entire door panel and added some felt in various areas that I thought might be rubbing and eventually am satisfied with the lack of creaks. No dealer is going to spend the amount of time to fix it correctly in my opinion. Take a stack of business cards with you on your commute and stick them in various places to see what works for you. You can then adjust and complete the install as needed so they won't be visible.
I also had some wind noise issues with the drivers door (dealer couldn't fix it). I ended up adjusting the hinges, door striker, and adding some black medical tubing inside the bulb seal to get a nice snug seal and have solved most of the issue.
This is my first Ford, and I like the Expy, but fit and finish leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion.

My cup holder “fingers” rattle. I normally just shut the cover it it bothers me enough.

My console rattles over bumps. It’s obviously loose and its very annoying, especially in a 66k truck.
My car is 5 months old and I don’t feel like wasting a half day at a dealer so my plan is just to address it when I get my first oil change. What’s more annoying is that ford doesn’t seem to value your time. They should have a loaner car program for these types of repairs......

Loaner vehicles seem to be on a dealer by dealer basis. My local dealer has given me an F150 loaner when I've had warranty items addressed on my Expy.
