My 99 will stall out when starting when it is real cold out. When it is around or just below freezing the idle drops right after I turn the key but kicks back up to normal. When it gets much colder than that it will stall after the key is turned back. Then I have to use the gas pedal to get it going. Any ideas?

Thanks, Jim

Mine will occasionally do the same thing when it's very cold out, but only when I use the remote start. It has never done it when I use the key. I'm thinking that it's a sticky IAC motor, but until it starts really acting up, I'm not going to bother replacing it.
