Isn’t a good combination I know. I had to put some oil in yesterday. When I popped the oil cap to fill I noticed the tan/gray slime on the bottom of the cap and in the tube. Nothing was present in the oil pan, well nothing on the dipstick.
I spoke to a friend that is a mechanic and was told not to worry about it. That it can come and go do to temperature change in the winter.
I was wondering what you guys might have to say about it. Im not having any motor issues.
Could it be just a condensation build up to temp changes. Plus to I used seafoam a while back, ran it in there for about a week then did a oil change.
