is the 2wd f150 lowering kits the same as the 98 Eddie Baur Edition 2wd?

at the front i think so but for the rear no, because 97-03 f150s use leafs, hangers, and shackles, the expedition uses springs all around, i know you can lower them with springs but i THINK you can also lower them with shocks too
