console power points inoperative

My '06 Expedition console has 3 power points; one at the front top, one at the front side and one at the rear. The front side and rear points are not working. I replaced the fuse and this did not help. Next I assume that a wire harness which powers these is not connected. Can anyone tell me where that connector might be and / or how to get to it? If I have to I'll take it to the dealer (it'll be a warranty fix anyway) but I always try to avoid that! Thanks!

Is the ignition on when you tried using them? I wonder if they're a switched source of power. Just a thought.

Yes, I have tried both with ignition switch on and with switch off.
