Coolant leak, now missing!!

I had a coolant leak at one of the hoses on the passenger side above the plugs. I took care of the leak but now my truck is missing bad. I went and removed all the coil-packs and there was water and anti freeze in cylinder's 2 and 3 so I replaced those packs after I blew out the recesses with commpressed air. It did run a little better for awhile but now its missing bad again. I am convinced that the leak was the culprit but maybe it was just coincidance? Any ideas??

Pull the plugs and make sure they're ok.
