We bought it new and for a year and half we have been noticing this cranking noise while turning or parking the vehicle at slow speeds. The noise is only heard when the vehicle is very slow for instance while pulling in a tight parking space or moving when steering turned extremely in either direction. The noise can be just one click or multiple as long as the wheels are in the same position. It appears as if the ball bearings or some mechanical part is forced to slip over an unwanted space...
NO accidents or off road driving, mostly highways and city driving.
We initially noticed the vehicle wondering almost since we bought it.
Service centers told us this is how these big trucks work
But slowly we started noticing the noise, initially while rolling back or if there is a slight bump at the curb.
Now it is more frequent and in all directions

Reading various searches the following description matches our issues, which makes it really concerning now
Dealership has not been very seriously attending to the complaint initially stating they can't duplicate and when i was able to demonstrate it to them they just mentioned lubricate .....

"If the car makes noise when turning at low speeds, look into the power steering system or the suspension. If you hear creaking, popping, or clunking sounds, the possible culprits are broken or worn out suspension joints."

Any suggestions of similar experience / fixes may help

thanks
