Cranks all day with no fire 02 5.4

Died on me on the interstate and up to that point was running fine I've checked fuel pump fuse and relays but it's dark an cold so gonna check if it's getting fuel to the fuel rail. After that I'm at a loss any words of advice I'm afraid it's fuel pump or ecm bc you turn the key fuel gage don't move till you leave it turned for a bit then the theft light an dinger goes off so anything helps thank you

My first guess would be fuel pump. When you turn the key to on can you hear the fuel pump run?

If the fuel pump is okay, you can check fuel pressure, but my next step would be to scan it for DTC's.
